What is the status of Virtual University of Pakistan in the world universities?

Pakistani bachelor degree is just like toilet paper in America. If you complete your bachelors degree in Pakistan and finish masters program over here in any university in America. Then in this case your degree will be recognized. I am not trying to upset you or something. I have recently found out.
