In the Chronicles of Narnia, who was the soldier at the beginning of the movie that Peter was looking at?

In the Chronicles of Narnia, who was the soldier at the beginning of the movie that Peter was looking at before they boarded the train?

When they arrived to the Professor’s manor, when Mrs. Macready was showing the
Pevensie children around, who was behind the door that Lucy was peering at?

The soldier is probably American, but he could be British. Peter probably notices that he looks a lot like his father. It also could be that the soldier is so young, and that it could have been Peter.

Sak Says:

I can’t remember the soldier. It may have been his father or he may have been remembering his father having seen the soldier.

I’m pretty certain it was the Professor behind the door and it should be around that time that Mrs Macready tells the Pevensies to never disturb him.
