<description>Well, not only would we not have anything good, the poor people wouldn't know how to use it.
I once read a funny essay by Peter Nguyen telling me that the phrase &#34;nickels a day can feed a person&#34;, isn't because they bought some extremely cheap food, nooooo, they just eat the dam nickels.

CONS

*We won't have luxuries
*It won't get to everybody still because some regions might be hard to access because of war or the terrain.
*Not everyone would want to donate, they'd just get pissed off if it were like a food tax that doesn't do anything for them, not even in the long run
*They won't learn how to sustain themselves if we just give food and money
*They won't have an infrastructure or anything that will help them support them selves, so when other people's support runs out, they're screwed.
*Some Companies may start falling apart without consumers of their crappy luxuries.
*They'll get metal poisoning from the nickels they might ingest?

PROS (i forgot them)

*We'll help poor people survive
*We'll feel better helping people we will probably never meet.
*Gradually, the world may get better
*Some of the CONS.
*If poverty is rooted out, violence will stop for the most part because now people have more choices than taking what they need or joining an organization that promises to help them or fight their opressors or something like that.
