Why is it that ghost sightings never seem to be reported by highly educated people in urban areas?
You never see a physics professor from Berkeley or a successful lawyer from Manhattan on TV telling people about seeing a ghost. It always seems to be common folk living in the sticks. Why is that? Do small towns in Indiana and Alabama have more ghosts than NYC?
OR less educated people tend to believe in such things . . .
It’s funny how "logic" is being used to defend the supernatural.
Educated people usually try to find a logical, scientific reason in what they see. It’s most likely that those from small towns are more prone to hear stories and legends about ghosts and the like that they think what they see is paranormal in a way.
There could also be the fact that cities are more concerned with things like business, fashion and sports rather than ghost stories.
