why am I so stressed out at berkeley?
I’m currently attending UC berkeley and I feel so unhappy here…mainly because I have had choices between UCLA bus econ and UCB econ and I ended up chossing berkeley(I’m originally from LA…it’s like the first moment I saw the city, it already made me depressed…and I lost all my energy for studying and felt stressed out all the time living here…and I personally feel like this school is lack of "humanity", the professors don’t really care about what you think..they just go thier way…I would like to know is it just me or other people might feel this way, too? please give me some input.
There are many uptight, anti-social types at prestigious business schools. Students and staff.
Are you certain of your career choice? Maybe you don’t fit in with the business crowd. UCLA is much the same way.
On the other hand if this is your first semester, don’t give up yet. At least give it a year, educational opportunites like Berkeley don’t come along every day.

You jumped at a choice and now regret it. That’s not so bad. People change schools all the time! You’re absolutely normal!
If you’re in a place that’s not a good fit, give it another go at another campus.
Good luck and renewed successes!
