you can get eye make up removers that are oil and remover, because it gets it off easier. i have one for my waterproof mascara, and its Dior. its blue and clear, it can be a bit pricey, but if it is I’m sure you can find and alternative similar.

Stop scrubbing! You will create wrinkles and irritation that way. Also, you could lose eyelashes!
Use an oil-based makeup remover. You need oil to dilute the stickiness of the mascara.
Some ones to try: Lancome Bi-Facil; Almay’s; Avon’s works well too. Or just use plain old baby oil, but be sure to rinse very well.
I rinse my face w/ warm water, then use eye makeup remover, then cleanse using a good cleanser.
If you don’t use a good remover and cleanser, you will lose your eyelashes when you’re older because of all the chemicals that will clog your roots. Please invest in a good remover. :)

There are a couple of things you could use. I think the best one is vaseline. All you have to do is put some on a cotton ball or a tissue, and then rub it on your eyes. You don’t have to scrub too hard. But if you don’t want to do that, try buying an eye makeup remover. It really works too!

Or theres a loreal one that works just as well as that and is a lot cheaper.

Or you can use ponds cold cream, it works really well too.
