Prof. Dr. Karl Albrecht Schachtschneider was a professor at the university of Erlangen-Nürnberg, Germany for
public law from 1989-2006.

The chair of public law includes the field of research and the teaching of the full spectrum of public law and
European law.
Fundamental to that are civil rights and liberties, jurisprudence, political science and economic philosophies.
Systematically treated is constitutional law, administrative law, commercial business law, social legislation, European constitutional-, administrative-, commercial business law and social legislation, which includes all fields in civil law.
Schachtschneider has filed 15 constitutional complaints from 1993-2008, regarding decisions made by the German goverment which have been decided to be unconstitutional by the verdicts of the Constitutional Court (like the supreme court in America).
The latest and most important one for the maintaining of true democracy and German sovereighnty (as well as any other nation’s in the EU) has still to be decided for.
The fact that most European countries governments want to force a European constitution upon their people, without leaving them a chance of deciding for or against it, that alone speaks for itself.
