		<description>And...to add to that..usually tenure-track implies that you have a Ph.D or Ed.D and can teach graduate level classes--and will publish and research--all depending on where you teach.  Non-tenure is usually not protected and can also be part-time--that term is adjunct--we adjuncts are the slave labor of the education world....no benefits, guarantees, nothing.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
