Anything dealing with state department for a gas pump has to be about how accurate the pump is. I would just tell the bank you contest the charge, not to pay it. But, P.S. if it was a debit card. Many merchants won't take debit cards any longer because the bank charges ... you guessed it ... 55 cents.<br><b>References : </b><br> I would say that’s a police case.
