You will wind up speaking to either the buyer or a buyer's assistant. If your goods are in the stores price range you shouldn't have any problems getting an appointment to show them your goods. If your goods aren't in their price range you are calling on the wrong stores. Remember buyers get paid to buy goods that will sell in the store so they are willing to see anyone with goods to sell that may meet their needs.
