what is the best and most prof. way to ice a cupcake with buttercream frosting? by hand or piped?
I think piped ends up looking fabulous (if done correctly) but ends up being too sickly, and by hand can look amazing again if done correctly. I want to set up a cupcake business but not sure which method is best and what best technique is.
