I need to establish credit. I have tried both Target and Macy’s credit and got denied because I have no credit history(funny how I need credit to get credit..impossible). I do not trust secured credit cards so that is not an option for me. So what department stores are the easiest?

In other words, the graduate college / graduate school wants the scores, not necessarily the department. Is just one copy of the GRE sent to the "institution", and forwarded to the "department"?
